Please note that we require an adoption fee of $500 for each dog, regardless of age. Adoption fees play a crucial role in supporting Stray Dog Support and here's why:

1) Covering Basic Needs: Adoption fees help cover the basic needs of the rescue dogs while they are in our. This includes expenses such as transportation, medical care, and food costs. Stray Dog Support takes in dogs that have been abandoned, neglected, or abused, and these dogs require medical attention, vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and other necessary treatments. Adoption fees help offset these costs and ensure that the dogs receive the care they need to be healthy and happy.

2) Supporting Other Stray Dog Support Rescues: Adoption fees also contribute to supporting other ongoing rescue operations. Stray Dog Support has ongoing expenses such as facility maintenance, boarding costs and other operational costs. Adoption fees help provide the necessary funds to cover these expenses and ensure that we can continue to operate and rescue more dogs in need.

   3) Financial Sustainability: Adoption fees play a crucial role in the financial sustainability of our organization. Stray Dog Support is a registered non-profit organization that relies on donations and adoption fees to fund our operations. Adoption fees help generate revenue that can be reinvested into our mission of rescuing and rehoming dogs in need.
