Lali was rescued by local rescuers while they were feeding street dogs in a popular area. She was all skin and bones with a huge gaping open wound from TVT which covered her entire vaginal and rectal area.
Despite her condition, she came running to rescuers, wagging her tail mightily in hopes of getting some extra food. She was picked up and she was given chemotherapy and other medicines to cure her TVT and other deficiencies due to malnourishment. After months of treatment, she was cleared to leave and has been in rescue care ever since.
Lali is so sweet with everyone and is so very grateful for the life she has. Lali is still in foster care in India and is fully vaccinated and spayed. She is now ready for adoption as she has been waiting a long time for a family to give her a home. She is sweet, gentle and calm and would do well in almost any family.
