Olympia

FEMALE | SPAYED | UP TO DATE ON VACCINES | APPROX. 3 YEARS OLD | APPROX. 50LB | MIX | GREAT WITH PEOPLE | GOOD WITH DOGS | GOOD WITH KIDS | NOT CAT TESTED | MEDIUM ENERGY | SEPARATION ANXIETY | VERY SWEET | LOCATED IN EGYPT

Three years ago, Olympia’s story broke our hearts. Just 10 weeks old, she was found in a manufacturing plant in Egypt, suffering from severe chemical burns. A kind worker rescued her, and with the help of our amazing partners at Hope Rescue, we were able to step in and begin her journey to healing.

Can you believe someone did that to her? It’s unimaginable — but Olympia has never let her past define her. Now, three years later, she’s blossomed into a sweet, shy, and curious girl who just needs one thing: a loving family to make her feel safe and cherished.

Other than a few scars, she has healed completely from her injuries and is overall healthy. She is spayed and vaccinated and ready to find her forever home. According to the staff at the shelter, she is great with dogs and people and loves everyone. She would do well in a home with a family or with a single person. She can live with or without other dogs.  She just needs someone to give her a chance.
