Preeti was just 25 days old when she was run over by a bike which left both her back legs fractured in 3 places. Thankfully a local advocate (after being notified by locals) went to help and found this little baby howling in immense pain, with no food or water or care. 

She was told that the accident had occurred 20 hours prior so she had been suffering for a long time. She was immediately rushed to the vet and the x-rays showed multiple fractures. Two surgeries were done to insert plates into her legs and she has since recovered well. 

Preeti is such a strong little girl who despite all she has been through she is extremely playful and happy. She is walking well and just loves kids, humans and other dogs. It was a long road for her as she had to learn to stand and walk again and she has beaten all the odds. 

She is now at a boarding facility while she waits for her forever family. Her ideal family would have another dog in the home and have a fully fenced backyard. She could live in a condo setting as well if she is properly exercised and given the right outlets for her energy.
